The scanner is the only piece of specialised equipment required for Scan’Bac.
For Scan’Bac to work well a suitable scanner is necessary, in terms of reading speed, robustness, page feeding...
In most cases this is therefore supplied with the Scan’Bac system.

- Scan’Bac software for document processing. No other software is required. Notably, Scan’Bac includes scanner drivers. The system is seen by the laboratory central system as a bi-directional peripheral device.

- A MAXIMUM SERVICE to ensure the correct function of the system : 3Si is well known for its reactivity (rapid response time) and the quality of its customer service:
- Preliminary analysis and advice, notably for advice on scanners
- On-Site Installation: 3Si manages the software installation on the user’s equipment ;
- User Training 3Si provides on-site user training and initial parameter setting
- Telephone support (free for the first year) and remote maintenance
- Software maintenance with permanent updates for installed sites
- Scanner maintenance provided by 3SI, with ‘courtesy exchange’ : our scanners replace yours during breakdown time
