- standard computer equipment (required)
A recent Windows computer and a laser printer. This equipment can, in most cases, be shared with other computer software. The computer and printer are often already available on-site.

- scanner
The scanner is the only piece of specialised equipment required for Scan’Ordo. For Scan’Ordo to work well an appropriate scanner is necessary, in terms of reading speed, robustness, page feeding... In most cases this is therefore supplied with the Scan’Ordo system.

- Scan’Ordo software for document processing. No other software is required. Notably, Scan’Ordo includes scanner drivers. The system is seen by the laboratory central system as a bi-directional peripheral device.

3Si manages the software installation on the user equipment .

3SI provides on-site user training and initial parameter setting.

- maintenance offer
3SI provides maintenance and permanent update for installed sites.
